Hi Jacques,

I will create a jira for this. I had not had the time to test the solution
Sharan suggested, but I will do this the coming days.

Furthermore, I think that also a securityrole Project MGR must be created.
This role can create new projects and has read, edit and delete/close rights
for the projects  it is the project manager for. I will look into this.
