Hi Gary,

latest push allows ReferredPagesPlugin, ReferringPagesPlugin,
ReferringUndefinedPagesPlugin, UndefinedPagesPlugin and UnusedPagesPlugin
to accept a columns parameter, so the use of CSS will no longer be
necessary. This enhacement should make it for incoming 2.11.0.
