Hi I want to add / modify a few unit tests for flink-training. I have came across following instructions : Contributing <https://github.com/apache/flink-training/blob/release-1.17/CONTRIBUTING.md>
I am not sure about the formal process of submitting the change or any JIRA ticket etc requirements. Is it simply creating a branch and then submitting PR based on that ? Thanks, Milind
