apply deserializer to "list" cmd in cli?

here the Rowkey is actually ascii encoding for "IP_FR",

for "get" command we could specify "ascii(hex_string)" in order to let
cli know how to serialize the row key,
is there a way to let cli display the row key in the form "IP_FR" ??
