You're on the right track. commons-net.jar is the replacement for NetComponents that became required by the FTP task with Ant 1.6 and 1.2.1 is the latest version of commons-net. The other thing you need on your classpath is jakarta-oro, any version after 2.0.1 and you should be good to go.
