Hi,

I try to improve the performances of my virtual machines by using SKAS3.
My host is a RHEL4U4 and my default config file contains the following
parameter :
CONFIG_SCSI_SATA_AHCI=m

I have applied the corrections contained in the last skas3 path and compile my
i386 kernel with the following commands :
make xconfig
make bzImage
make modules
make modules_install

The first problem, I encounter during the xconfig is :
.config:578:warning: trying to assign nonexistent symbol SCSI_SATA_AHCI

The second problem occurs during the creation of the initial ramdisk images
mkinitrd /boot/initrd-2.6.22.1-skas.img 2.6.22.1-skas3-v8.2
==> No module ahci found for kernel 2.6.22.1-skas3-v8.2, aborting.

Anybody have an idea ?

Best Regards, Frédéric
