[uml-user] RFC: UML Kernel RPMs

All:   I'm a recent convert to UML for VDS/PS hosting and have talked with Jeff about providing RPMs of UML kernels.   I'd like to ask for input on a standardized location for the kernel and modules to be installed to as well as any patches you would like to see included in releases.
