Hi Stefano, have you had any answer from Matt Zimmerman?

For what I can tell (UML user-developer from 2+ years, following both uml-user 
and uml-devel) Matt Zimmerman, while being very active (with bug-reports and 
diagnoses) until some time ago, seems to have disappeared - I don't know 
about the current state of UML packages in Debian - but I've seen it mostly 
sticking with 2.4 and some problematic versions.

His last mail here was at 2005 Feb 26, and in a mail of 9/9/2005 he wrote:
