I built my own uml kernel with the same config as the one that is working, but still cannot bring up the network when using a kernel I build myself. This means that I cannot turn off the CONFIG_UML_REAL_TIME_CLOCK and have a network. Everything else seems to be working. I have tried this on both 2.4.24-um1 and 2.4.27-um1 with the same results. I will try getting the kernel source again and starting over. ------------------------------------------------------- The SF.Net email is sponsored by: Beat the post-holiday blues Get a FREE limited edition SourceForge.net t-shirt from ThinkGeek.
