Hi In order to help you - it would help "us" if you could provide the 2 app definitions and the nodetypes.xml (for your custom node types) ALL as files. Probably you can them to https://gist.github.com/ and provide the links to the files here in the forum.
Concerning error logs: Next time please add the stacktrace to gist (or wherever) and provide again a link. A post with such a long stacktrace makes the thread hard to read. By the way: Somebody was creating a JIRA ticket (on SUPPORT) describing exactly the same issue.
