Finally i got about everything back running. I found the blossom tutorials in here:

One thing is left. In an earlier project i could change the sites taboptions and put in some code, which really made up that templates colours and so on. i am missing this now. it only shows me the area section, where i can add and modify components. In the up and running old magnolia i can "Seiteneigenschaften bearbeiten" too - i did not want to write an english term, which is wrong. I am using Magnolia 5.4 now, i think the old one is 5.2, can't say yet.
