Note 2 helped me out. i made another pages folder inside mgn-files/templates/mytemplatemodule, added the jsp and readjusted the path to the script and now everything works fine. readjusting the path now means, adding a "/templates" in front of all. I did not find the hint with mgnl-files on jsp yet.
