Hi, we are using mod_jk to do some load balancing and to ensure accessibility during re-deployment (when one tomcat needs to be shut down). We have 2 tomcats running public instances.
>From what I understand, we need to disable the 8080 port (or whatever is set >for http requests) in the server config and let mod_jk delegate the requests >over ajp (port 8009 in our case for tomcat 1 and 9009 for tomcat 2). Now, how do we set up the publishing inside magnolia? We had 2 subscribers set up to receive over http (port 8080 and port 9080). But since http is disabled now for both tomcats, what do we do? Does the publication workflow support ajp? Is it even necessary to disable the http protocoll? Thanks. -- Context is everything: http://forum.magnolia-cms.com/forum/thread.html?threadId=adb8d2a7-e03a-4577-a4e9-8fa8f09ef6b1 ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details, see http://www.magnolia-cms.com/community/mailing-lists.html Alternatively, use our forums: http://forum.magnolia-cms.com/ To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <user-list-unsubscr...@magnolia-cms.com> ----------------------------------------------------------------
