I agree with Rick and Jacque. Something combined with SVG or vector-image is better. Anyone working with images knows (or learns very fast) what svg's are. Picture is to much linked to Photo (for me it is the same), if you take a picture the result is a photo. I would not think for picture at all if i was looking for svg
