OK. If I stop being flippant about this, I think you'd have to compare the benchmarks for earlier LC8 builds with the dp11 benchmarks to see the real improvement in speeds. There were some operations that were painfully slow and are now zippy. I'm dismayed that more attention hasn't yet been paid to improving the file operations, but the speed of string operations has benefited greatly from recent optimization.
