Yeah, I noticed that too while trying to update a bug report. I think
it's been down for some time.
Having said that, I have just managed to get in there and add what I
wanted to Bug 15574.
Me too, thanks to your heads-up. Seems to be an on-off sort of thing;
yesterday someone else reported that he submitted a report but later in
the day I couldn't get in.
