That "GM" seems a bit confusing just when we've all got used to RC, DP
and STABLE.

The next stable builds of these releases will be made public early
next week. Unless critical issues appear related to the update to iOS
8.2, no further bugs will be fixed in the stable release, as the GMs
will be a promotion of the RC 2.
