Hi Michael, inspired by your stack I uploaded a tracing stack to the forum
http://forums.runrev.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=13399&p=95175#p95175 it also uses images but they have to have transparency. I am using the maskData to extract the shape. That speeds things up.
