Hi Ray,
There is a free pdf reader for Win32 / Win64 there:
http://www.soraxsoft.com/index.html
and they have a
Sorax PDF SDK DLL
too.
A couple of years ago, I've built an external which roughly
creates an image object in LC out of a pdf page, using their DLL.
