Okay. But no one yet has offered a credible argument for how someone can agree to something, then act contrary to it, then call it "good". I like Andre. I like what he is trying to do. He can get there by making his app more utilitarian as some have offered suggestions about. No one, not even Apple is saying, "we won't accept this because Andre is trying to do something good."
Is the system flawed? Sure! All things men make are! I just have a hard time swallowing that Apple has a beef with Andre or with developers in general.
