You need at least the xCode command line tools installed. If you have an Apple Developer account, then please see here https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=command%20line%20tools <https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=command%20line%20tools>
to see all avaiables versions of the command line tools. Please download the one that is supported by your Livecode version (see the LC release notes for xCode support).
