Hello, I just read about handling of touchscreen and gestures at MSDN [1] and was wondering if Gnome HIG discuss that topic as well. MS discuss some important issues like control size, distance of controls and feedback etc. But IMHO it is a more technological approach, at least with the recommended use and support of 40 gestures [2]. A user-centered design should start with human capabilities, which might be very limited for kinaesthetic, and implementation have to be completely different from the current, perhaps. Are there any plans for Gnome?
Kind regards, Heiko.
