I have not. I'm not inclined to accept that as a "solution" to the out
of box experience.
It wasn't my intention to offer it as a solution. But I think, when
the launcher is visible, we should not have a resistance between
screens, since there's no use for it. So, if you can confirm that
changing those values removes your issues, then it can be filed as a
bug and the solution would be using different values based on the
visible-setting on the launcher.

I did the key change some time ago, because yes, when launcher is always
shown, there is very little interrest in having the mouse blocked
between the two screens, the only use case i see is to use the grid with
mouse, it makes it a little easier not to traverse and put the window on
the wrong screen, but indeed, i think the pressure limit for that use
should be way lower, so i can actually drag a window from one screen to
another, without feeling i have to run to jump through…
