ALT+F2 command should be kept for a while. I think that it could disappear when people definitely forget it...
Or simply ALT+F2 could call the regular dash. In this way people wouldn't be in trouble, and they could start choosing between Meta key and the combination ALT+F2 key...in a couple of years ALT+F2 should be safely forgotten...
