Hello Taylor, MDR is not part of the Level 1 + SNOMED CT release. You need to go into the source list tab in the MetaMorphosys and specify that you would like to include MDR. If you scroll down to Source List here:
https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/implementation_resources/metamorphosys/help.html They have a pretty good explanation on how to use the include/exclude option. Hopefully this helps.
