So it sounds like you're running multiple desktop environments since you say "I
can login to other consoles. I thing Gnome-shell is freezing", but I'm a lazy
old American that only understands the english language so I may be wrong.
Can one of our other members jump in to help here?

I am running a real hardware.
It's only freezing the tty7, I can login to other consoles. I thing Gnome-shell
is freezing.
