One thing I don't understand, what exactly is there for the GNOME board to approve here? We are no longer using their foot, which was the main culprit from my understanding, we only use the word "gnome", which was used also before, as reference to the desktop.
Another questions is, if they respond as slow as you say they do, what if they don't respond until Wily is released? What then?
