Touchpad detection now works correctly since upgrading to 10.10 and was working perfectly with one of the earlier 10.10 kernels. However since upgrading to 2.6.35-22-generic, multi-touch scrolling is very erratic, and will suddenly jump up or down over a large chunk of the document mid-scrolling.
