I had the same effect again after a longer while. What I notice is that for a longer time I did not use the suspend feature. This time I did. My workflow was about this: 1. Worked with Thunderbird, Firefox, Skype, Shutter, Keepassx, Dropbox and others 2. Put the laptop (Dell Latitude E-5500) to suspend. 3. Wake-up after a few hours. 4. Did several emails, browsing - everything still fine, starting NetBeans was my last action, as far as I remember. 5. Went away, screen got saver activate after a few minutes 6. When I returned, logging in already was slow.
I opened a terminal (which took a while) and run xrandr - everything fine again. I attach my suspend logfile for the case it might help. ** Attachment added: "pm-suspend.log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/631060/+attachment/1711428/+files/pm-suspend.log -- graphical interface with slow reaction https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/631060 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
