Here is a recording of the 'scrollbar' problems. The scenario is: I move the mouse to the inner scrollbar of Xchat:
1. Click on scrollbar button 2. Move the mouse to the Xchat text window - note that the scrollbar incorrectly follows the mouse movement. This is incorrect as the scrollbar should not follow the mouse if the mouse is not down.
