** Description changed: Using Nvidia version 177 proprietary drivers on Lenovo T61 ThinkPad with Intrepid. From time to time, seems like after a few minutes not being used, then press a key or move mouse (just seems like that, might be a red herring!), screen goes black, and a text screen appears with stack trace information (attached as photo). X then reboots in some weird lo-res mode and offers a menu of how to reconfigure / carry on. Note I'm not using the 180 (most recent) Nvidia drivers, as they don't work with resume from suspend. ubuntu-bug -p linux-restricted-modules-2.6.24 says "linux-restricted- modules-2.6.24 does not exist". + + [lspci] + 00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation Mobile PM965/GM965/GL960 Memory Controller Hub (rev 0c) + Subsystem: Lenovo ThinkPad T61 + 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation Quadro NVS 140M (rev a1) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller]) + Subsystem: Lenovo ThinkPad T61
