I am not trying to blame anyone. It looks like whoever accessed the status of this bug probably only read the original post and didn't read the entire thread. If they had, they would know it affects people under a wide variety of circumstances and doesn't only affect people watching video. That is why this hard freeze is so difficult to troubleshoot. It is hard to pinpoint the exact cause of the lock-up.
