For me, installing fonts-cantarell is a *temporary* fix, i.e. it only works until the next login.
Then, I have to reinstall the package (i.e. using --reinstall) to fix, once again. It is just a temporar workaround, just like using the "Universal Access" was. OTOH, the top ("Activities") bar in Gnome Shell is very strange, it has horizontal white stripes on it, thus making it almost unreadable, but I could bear that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to fglrx-installer in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/838577 Title: GNOME Shell display problems with FGLRX To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/fglrx/+bug/838577/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
