I can´t give X or kernel logs, as I can´t even acess ubuntu in any graphic way. It seems the HP touchsmart video card isn´t properly recognized by ubuntu(or linux, i don´t know). I asked if there isn´t other way to help without having to enter ubuntu for such.

What do you mean by that? Of course I want my ubuntu working, I have been waiting for almost 2 months now... but for that the video issue has to be fixed, but I can´t give detailed reports as I can´t even acess ubuntu, as it has no graphics.
