In the past my experience has been install parties are not very successful up here so i might suggest just hanging out discussing new features in the release and having a good community building opportunity.
So what say we $100 weekend rental of the guest room? https://luckylab.com/hawthorne-brew-pub/ and a few of these platters plus say $75 for non-alcoholic drink tab at the bar? So like $339.85 (First three platters with hummus upgrade because its Portland) and $75 drinks and $100 for rental. Maybe ask for $545 total to allow for flexibility on drinks, gratuity and any change in prices etc. ?
