I was using U1 at the begining to sync my todolist (tomboy notes) across all my devices, even n900! But they stopped supporting that. now i was just using it to share files publicly. Plus, dropbox was blocked at work for security reasons. owncloud seems like the best option or one of those unhosted or torrent options. Wasn't own cloud a kde project? What is ubuntu going to use to sync phone and desktop?
