YES IT DOES. Because if there is one thing that irritates me more than a bolshie user who can't see what is in front of them, it's a user who can't see what is in front of them and tells me I am wrong. So I just fired up my VM with Raring installed - full clean install, Unity, no extras - and tried it. The first hit in Ubuntu Software Centre when I search for "Synaptic" is: Synaptic Package Manager ***** (266) Install, remove and upgrade software packages And at the bottom of the screen, it says: Show 8 technical items In other words, it does EXACTLY what I have described and when you keep telling people "you can't install Synaptic from the Ubuntu Software Centre" you are wrong. -- Liam Proven • Profile: http://lproven.livejournal.com/profile Email: lpro...@cix.co.uk • GMail/G+/Twitter/Flickr/Facebook: lproven MSN: lpro...@hotmail.com • Skype/AIM/Yahoo/LinkedIn: liamproven Tel: +44 20-8685-0498 • Cell: +44 7939-087884 -- ubuntu-uk@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-uk https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UKTeam/
