The problem with not resolving bug #1 stares me in the face. That being the fact that EEC, UsA? etc are prepared to force Microsoft to offer more than their own browser... but are not prepared to take on the real monopoly. That being the fact that manufactures should offer a dual boot at purchase... the only problem being the wording:
