[ubuntu-uk] Landscape printing bug fix ...

Hi there .....   Yesterday's updates for Raring Ringtail included some 
CUPS files which fixed the bug that prevented landscape printing from 
Libreoffice.  I've just done an update in Quantal and the bug-fix is not 
there.  I don't understand the updates process, but it makes me wonder 
if I ought to report it.  I had originally done a bug report saying the 
bug was in Libreoffice, but it was later diagnosed as a CUPS problem and 
reported upstream.  If I ought to say something, who do I say it to?
