Hi guys & gals, with regards to laptops in general, the laptop team have done some sterling work & they have now fully integrated into the tracker system for testing [1]. If any of you do test any of the *buntu family on a laptop, may I ask that you do provide a profile and thus let others know how you get along. This information is invaluable to others who want to decide which laptop is 'plug & go' Vs 'a complete nightmare'.
Thanks, Phill. 1. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/Laptop/Procedures On 4 July 2012 21:40, Simon Greenwood <sfgreenw...@gmail.com> wrote: > > > On 4 July 2012 21:24, Alan Pope <alan.p...@canonical.com> wrote: > >> On 04/07/12 13:59, Colin Law wrote: >> >>> Has anyone any experience of running Ubuntu on laptops from PC >>> Specialist [1]?
