I would suggest not upgrading yet, 12.04 (in April) will have a number of fixes and enhancements. Leave it till a couple of weeks after 12.04 is released. Otherwise you will upgrade now and then want to do it again in a couple of months. Of course if you want to live life on the edge you could do what I have done which is to upgrade to 12.04 alpha and live with the occasional crashes.
