As the Ebuyer spec doesn't mention it, then you probably don't have it available. Contrast this with my EEEPC where the spec said it had bluetooth and when I installed Ubuntu on it, the bleutooth icon was there next to the network icon (and it works!). I have googled for something and found at least one reference to a laptop with this chip that had a Broadcom bluetooth chip as well - hardly needed if the RTL8191SEvB would do the job on its own.
