If any of my family, or friends want my support for their PCs, it
*only* comes if they are using Ubuntu, no way for Windows. Although if
they use Windows, that is their choice.

My own life is too short to spend time supporting something I dislike
for many reasons.

Well he doesn't have too many problems usually, but I fear he may have questions if Vista is much different. I don't mind helping him obviously, but unfortunately I have never used Vista so would struggle to help remotely anyway.
