*only* comes if they are using Ubuntu, no way for Windows. Although

My own life is too short to spend time supporting something I dislike

Well he doesn't have too many problems usually, but I fear he may have
questions if Vista is much different. I don't mind helping him
obviously, but unfortunately I have never used Vista so would struggle
to help remotely anyway.
