Sounds interesting, I presume it'll be data backups from working drives rather than completely dead drives?
I can't suggest a plugin for Wordpress (if it's going to be GB's then maybe Wordpress isn't the right way of doing things, that is unless you can restart a download if it times out).
I'd say maybe SFTP would be maybe a more preferred solution, that way they can securely FTP the files to a location on your server.
Or failing that, how about just accept drives with images on (or just drives which need recovering?).
