Hello, Mark. Yes, I'm using TB 3.0.4 - The 64-bit version in the repo's seems to be for icedove + I couldn't get it to work with TB 3.0.4. Just installed the one that Jonathon suggested from OSU: Works fine! > I'm still undecided about Evolution, but at least the Calendar works! > > > Evolution had one thing missing - no undo if you accidentally delete an > email - a small thing but a real pain. I'm a Thunderbird fan really, but I'm considering using Evolution now because it's not clear to me what the future of Lightning is. The fact that I had to get it from OSU bothers me, but I'm grateful to Jonathon for telling me about it. At least I can now use my calendar again. The best thing about Lightning is that it works just fine with messages to/from M$ Outlook, which means I can arrange meetings etc. with my Windoze colleagues without me having to run Outlook in Virtual Box or dual booting just to synchronise my calendar! If Lightning is integrated into TB3, like they said it would be, then I wouldn't be trying out Evolution in 10.04-rc to see how it compares. My previous forays with Evolution have left me wondering what on earth I was thinking of... Whatever its shortcomings are as a PIM, Thunderbird is by far the best mail/news reader that I've ever used.
