bitfolk also looked to be very good - however as noted they are so good they are out of capacity! I've had to use support 2 or 3 times and each time I've got a knowledgeable person on the other end of the phone who appreciated that I could talk on their level. They told me how to upgrade the VPS to any version of Ubuntu I wanted, what I could do with Virtuozzo and how to enable and disable features server-side. Very impressed each time.
