Doing a search for Safari on WineHQ lists Wine 3.x Public Beta which is supposed to work really well, and also Safari 4.x which is listed as Bronze so it may not be fully stable, or bits of it might not work. Overall I have found Wine to be hit and miss, some things work really well and others either don't work or are unstable, but considering it is written without using any Microsoft code I think it certainly does a good job.
