I wouldn't laser print as I imagine they would get stuck in the internals. It is a nice idea, next time I am in the cash and carry I will try and get some to see what can be done ,out of interest. 1000 cd sized ones are only £2.40, it's the postage cost that is the sting. If you have a catering supplies place near you they might be worth a try, otherwise booker cash and carry have them, although you do need to be a member, I don't think you need to be a business anymore though.
