You are very right about how time does fly and especially as we get older, a bit frightening just how fast sometimes. :-) 2 years is enough time for making your mark and introducing change resulting in visible difference. Any longer would be a little too long IMHO, but any term length would be subject to a group wide vote. Regards Phil
