Hi Norman,

I think you need the kernel modules which can be gotten by doing

"sudo apt-get install virtualbox-ose-modules-generic"

After that you will need to also add your user to the  vboxusers
group. (not sure of the command line code, I used the gui in System ->
Administration -> Users and Groups, then select "Manage Groups",
scroll down to vboxusers, click it and select properties, then add
your user to the group.) you may need to logout and in again.
